Senior Advisor, Behavioral Insights Team

Evie is a Senior Advisor at BIT North America, with a focus on employment, policing, crime and justice. She currently works with city governments under the What Works Cities Initiative and state workforce agencies. Prior to joining BIT North America, Evie worked in BIT’s London office for four years, with a focus on crime and justice. She led BIT’s work on fraud and cybersecurity, working with partners such as the Metropolitan Police, West Midlands Police, the National Cyber Security Centre and the Home Office. Whilst in London, Evie also led international projects on employment and entrepreneurship. Prior to joining BIT, Evie worked in brand strategy and innovation at a design agency. Evie has a degree in Classics from the University of Cambridge.
