Maryam Rahmani, CISSP is a consultant and a strategist committed to harnessing technology and the power of collaboration to solve challenges facing enterprises. Maryam is on the board of the Society of High-Performance Computing Professional and a member of the Global City Teams Challenge Cybersecurity and Privacy Advisory Committee. Most recently, she served as the Global Partnership Officer at Global Cyber Alliance, an international NGO.

Maryam is deeply committed to service, outreach and awareness activities in support of women in STEM and Infosec. She co-chairs the IEEE Women in Engineering Forum USA East. She contributes and participates in several organizations including IEEE Computer Society, IEEE Smart Cities, The National Capital Region InfraGard, Society of Women Engineers, ISACA, and ISSA.

Maryam holds a Master of Science in cybersecurity policy from the University of Maryland University College and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Florida.
