Rhonda Toohey is Director of Policy Development for the City of Edmonton. She leads a team that delivers strategic direction for urban design, land use and transportation planning. A professional transportation engineer, Rhonda has developed a variety of mobility strategies and city-building initiatives to move Edmonton towards a more sustainable, accessible and connected city. Urban cycling has been a strong interest throughout her career and she is excited to see how cycling is gaining momentum as a transportation option in Edmonton.
