Mr. Zelt an expert in strategy development, reform and transformation topics and renewable energies and works mainly for the public sector, for publicly owned companies and selected private clients. In recent years, his main focus was on digital strategies and digital transformation projects for public institutions and governments, as well as on smart city strategies.

Thilo Zelt began his career with Roland Berger in 2004 and then spent a number of years working as a manager and entrepreneur in the field of renewable energies before rejoining the firm in 2014. He studied Management, Economics and German Literature at the Humboldt University of Berlin, LMU Munich, the University of California, Irvine, and the University of Lausanne.
